How to stay active and healthy despite having hypertension?

Fitness! Typical hypertension does not limit any activity. Typical hypertension can be cured by fitness. Fitness greatly increases health even in patients with: obesity, tobacco addiction, poor diets. And once you start to enjoy the benefits of fitness, those problems tend to greatly improve. I diet 24/6 then ruin all my effort by one deep fried meal. But, I can not undo the benefits of monday's mile swim.
