Post acdf c5-6 c6-7 my conditions are cervical radiculopathy, intervt cerv disc d/o w/myelopathy cerv reg. Can it cause recurring severe back pain why?

Cervical spine issues won't cause recurring severe low back pain.
If the mid or low back is severe, you need to either go the er or be evaluated by a spine specialist. If you're evaluated by a spine surgeon (ortho spine or neurosurgeon) and they see nothing that can be done, frequently they mean nothing from a surgical perspective. Make sure you see an non-surgical spine/pain specialist.
