I had an emg. Emg came back negative for neuropathy or any nerve damage. Doctor thinks i may have crps. Does that sound right?

In brief: Possibly, but

Crps is a specific diagnosis based on specific clinical findings and usually occurs initially over one limb.
An EMG cannot make or rule-out the diagnosis, but a qsart study can help a lot. Perhaps though, your chronic pain may be due to fibromyalgia or even a small fibre neuropathy which would not show up on an emg. A skin punch biopsy would help here.
