My doc has prescribed me 17 hydroxyprogesterone, androsstenedione, 25 hydroxy d tests. Bt I think I hv cushings. Wil these indicate cortisol levels too?

No. Elevated 17 hydroxyprogesterone and androstenedione are indicative of certain forms of late onset congenital adrenal hyperplasia (cah) a condition that usually leads to mild cortisol deficiency. Cushing syndrome is cortisol excess. The two could share some signs but are quite different. Cushing syndrome is screened for with 24h urine free cortisol and overnight Dexamethasone suppression test.
