Will drinking water help lower blood pressure and help with weight loss? If so, how much water should we drink to help lower blood pressure?

In brief: Neither; Simplistic

The only thing which will result in weight loss is eating less than body is using.
Drinking more water (before eating) is promoted as a way to reduce food intake, but does not actually work well for most, especially those who graze all day vs. Only 1-3 meals/day. Drinking water does not cause wieght loss. It acts as a filler so you eat less and diuresis to clear body of toxins.
