I got bells palsy in december (had a mri)and have healed physically. I still get the terrible pains in the back of the head sometimes. Is this normal?

In brief: HA post Bells

May be post inflammatory neuralgia, since many times bells palsy is due to inflammation of the 7th nerve (facial nerve).
Otc Motrin or advil (ibuprofen) for a few days may help reduce the inflammation and headache, if not, see your doc.
