Fever, chills, head ache and constipation, what to do?

Sounds like a cold. A cold or maybe the flu ... Tylenol for fever and headache, a laxative for the constipation ... If your fever is over 101, do see a doctor tomorrow. Don't go to work ... Stay warm .., lots of fluids ... If you have shaking chills, that is a serious symptom of a viral (or bacterial) infection ... Your doctor can take cultures and make a diagnosis. Hope you feel better. Peter wilk, md.

Infection. With fever, chills and headache, your symptoms likely represent some kind of infection. If your runny nose is mostly clear, it is probably a viral infection.
