Yes. You need a proper workup.
You may be taken off alcohol and all the meds you don't really need. If you're still high, you'll be checked for hepatitis B and C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis and maybe a few others. If all are okay, the problem may just be lack of exercise. But this is no joke. Find the cause and act appropriately.
