Can natural eye exercises work for correcting short sightedness?

In brief: No

Near-sightedness cannot be corrected by any type of eye exercise.
However, there are suggestions that near-sightedness is made worse with prolonged accommodation (using your eyes muscles to focus at close distances) in children. Wearing bifocals may slow its progression. At your age, the near-sightedness should be stable and cannot be influenced by anything you do.

I wonder what "natural" means. Are there artificial eye exercises?

In brief: In short, no.

Myopia, or near-sightedness, is either due to a longer than normal eye (typically longer than 24mm), or a steep cornea.
Neither of these can be reduced by exercising the eye. The way we can correct myopia is through glasses, contacts, or laser surgery. There are some ongoing clinical trials to try and reduce the rate of myopia in children; however, there is currently no approved treatment.
