When do all your baby teeth usually come out?

Varies... On average, 12 years of age is typical, but just this week I saw a little girl not quite yet 9 years old having lost all of her baby teeth already, and in the past I have had patients as old as 15 losing their last one. Having seen thousands of kids over the last 10 years I can honestly say that average is 12 and range of normal can be as wide as 8 to 15.
Primary teeth. Primary teeth are usually all lost by the age of twelve , but this can vary. See:http://www.Ada.Org/sections/scienceandresearch/pdfs/patient_56.Pdf.
