Why does my daughter get achy bones, fever and flu like symptoms more often then the average 12yr old...She has had bloodwork shes low on vitamin d.?

Let me help. Low vit d dose not cause all this problems you describe but low vit d should be corrected, ask her doctor what could be the cause because he know her more than any body else. Good luck thanks.
Needs D3. Vitamin d deficiency is widespread. The one to spot in the blood is 5-hydroxy (d3). We now know that this vitamin enters intgo the physiology of every cell in the body. At the age of 12 she is a physiological adult. Ask your pediatrician for the dose. The blood level should reach 60 to 80 units.
