Can milk go into the ears of an infant if you prop them up while drinking a bottle?

In brief: No.
Babies who are propped up while feeding shouldn't get milk into the ears (gravity will pull the milk down).
I would venture to say that most babies are fed at least partially propped up and do just fine!
