Options. Most conservative first is to start with stretching, yoga, massage, warm showers.
If these don't work, you can add a combination of Acetaminophen and ibuprophen three times a day with food and water for a few days. There after and if no response, i would consider adding a muscle relaxant such as Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) to the regimen. Good luck!
