In brief: The more the better
Questionnaires alone do not make the diagnosis of adhd.
The gold standard is the cbcl >http://vinst.Umdnj.Edu/vaid/testreport.Asp?Code=cbca< cbcl helps address comorbidities. The diagnosis of adhd is made by history, physical and neurodevelopmental examination. It is a medical disease!

In brief: Snap, conners
You may use snap, conners scale all are useful to name a few but adhd is both a clinical and pyschiatric diagnosis since many other disorders must be ruled out.

The tools used are only as helpful as the professional who uses them.A clinical interview and thorough physical, educational , behavioral and educational assessment is the key to diagnosis.
There are many checklists and questionnaires available such as the vanderbilts, snap, copeland, etc as well as broadband assessments ie cbcl.Basc, conners, etc.Cpt are also helpful.. Tools.
