What creams can I put on my 3 month old baby's mosquito bites?

In brief: Cool packs
Cool packs help with the itch (not too cold as to burn the skin).
You could put a small amount of low dose Hydrocortisone cream and/or benadryl (diphenhydramine). Your 3 mo old won't have the best coordination to scratch the area anyway, so they should go away soon.
