In brief: Cold symptoms?

The key is the history.
Are there nasal symptoms which would lead one to think that the baby has an upper respiratory illness? Any fever? Is the cough effective in that the mucus clears easily or not. If it clears the airway then I am less concerned. If not then a bronchodilator may be helpful, especially if this has happened before. Eight months is too young for this to be spring allergies.
