Why does my nose plug up every night when i lay down? My only relief is afrin (oxymetazoline) spray. Is it sinus or deviated septum?

In brief: No Afrin!

You may have allergies.
Afrin is a bad medicine as you become accostumed to it. You should see a doctor. Perhaps a steroid nasal spray is better for you at night or an allergy. Any new pets, carpet, etc?
