Getting a colonoscopy, and along with that there going to do blood work. I am a minor. Will a doctor be able to tell if I have marijuana in my system?

In brief: Drug tests

Are not usually part of the workup for a colonoscopy.
But if for some reason your doctor does decide to to a drug screen (more often tested via urine than blood), thc could show up depending on frequency of use.

In brief: Why?

Can they smell it on you? There is no drug screening in routine medical care.
None. It gas to be specifically tested and there has to be a specific medical reason to run such a test.

If the physician has some reason to run a drug test, s/he can order it -- but this is not usually part of a colonoscopy workup.
