In brief: Cloudy urine

Patients who are dehydrated excrete a concentrated urine that is not cloudy.
If one's urine is cloudy and is seen with symptoms of burning and frequency, a urinary tract infection (UTI) may be present. See a physician and have a urine analysis, that will confirm dehydration and have your urine sent off for a culture that will confirm a UTI. Good luck.
