In brief: Have your eye doctor check

Fitting of the lens, to see why the lid is touching it.
If it's due to ptosis, then you may need to have an oculoplastic surgeon involved with revising or correcting it in both eyes. If it's sticking to the cornea due to a reduced tear film, then that needs to be addressed and corrected too. It could be a combination of factors causing this that your eye doctor can sort out.
