Get rid of all the "junk" in the house. 2. Serve the right food for meals. If he/she does not want it, remove it to the fridge and serve for next meal. Never insist and do not give in. Hunger wins the day and children begin to appreciate the nuances of flavor from "god-made"food. Discipline demands that "you have to be cruel to be kind".
