Could streptococcus fecalis cause urinary tract infection in 2 years old girl with pus cell less of 0-2/hpf?

White cells in urine. Urine specimens are screened for infection by a clean sample collected in a cup, or by direct catheterization. Clean samples are generally not considered positive for urinary tract infections if there are less than 100/hpf. Any number of while cells in a catheterized specimen is usually significant.
