Solution, try to incorporate high fiber foods like whole-grain breads, cereals, pastas, fresh fruits, vegetables, and legumes such as beans and lentils.If you are female, you should eat 21-25 grams of fiber per day.If you are male, then you should eat about 30-38 grams of fiber a day!
