In brief: Temporary low

Insulin overdoses may cause severe hypoglycemia which would deprive the brain of glucose.
If caught in time, administering glucose, glucagon, or simply eating (if conscious) would solve the problem. Death by Insulin overdose is fortunately, not too common.
