Can anyone tell me what can I do to reduce my risk of stroke?

Healthy lifestyle. General recommendation is to control blood pressure, cholesterol levels, glucose levels (if diabetic), adhere to a healthy diet (mediterranean is great!), quit smoking and be physically active (at least 30 minutes per day 3 times a week).
Diet, exercise . Maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes a healthy diet and exercise are most important. Not smoking is important as well. If the person has high blood pressure or diabetes these need to be treated.
