I always lived in low altitude but moved to co 6 mo ago. Is it possible i'm still adjusting to the altitude difference? My resting heart rate is 95bpm

In brief: Yes

If you haven't been exercising regularly, you're body may not be used to the new altitude when it exerts itself.
Check with your doctor, to make sure you're not anemic, or haven't developed another cause of a slightly faster heart rate.
