In brief: Depends when
Histoplasmosis is a self limited illness (your immune system will treat it itself) and once that occurs it should have no adverse effect on a pregnancy.
A bigger problem is if you get histoplasmosis while pregnant the fetus can have problems for which treatment is at best difficult and at worse ineffective.
