1 doctor agrees

In brief: Achy, yes. Pain, no

Depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy, posture will change, the enlarging uterus puts pressure on the blood return from the legs, and you may have gained weight.
On the other hand, if there is pain in the calf with pointing you toes up toward your head, your leg gets quite swollen or dis colored, you should have your doctor check for a blood clot, which could be serious.

In brief: Ur symptoms are part

Of pregnancy due to pressure on the back and legs from the weight of the fetus and sometimes from improper posture.
If u have uneven calf swelling, redness and pain, u have to be evaluated for venous clots. Best wishes! http://www.Mayoclinic.Org/healthy-living/pregnancy-week-by-week/in-depth/pregnancy/art-20046080.

In brief: See your doctor

You should at least give your doctor a call; this could all be part of the pregnancy or a sign that something is wrong.
