I always have red eyes when i take photos, without fail. Always has a light in my eye. Is this something I should check up on or is it normal?

In brief: Red eye on photos

I assume you are talking about the 'red eye' that occurs when flash photography is taken.
If so, newer cameras have the pre-flash light that constricts the pupils to diminish the red eye. Also avoiding photos in darker environments will help decrease your red eye. The red is what the camera sees when the flash light reflects back off of your retina.
