There is no need to clean out your system. Our body is very efficient in taking care of itself and have excellent system of cleaning out - getting waste out in the form of stool, urine etc.
If there is a problem with these, you may need professional help but if you have no symptoms, you dont need any cleaning. We donot need a change of oil every 5000 miles.
