Emg came back normal, results stated no neuropathy (left leg below knee). Does that leave me with a mild case of crps? See pictures in health file.

In brief: Maybe

I certainly would not hang my hat on EMG results - they can be affected by many factors.
Neuropathy can take awhile to show pos. On emg. There certainly is a chance it is crps. Hope this helps.
