In brief: It's not easy
Repeated, chronic vomiting, and the associated stomach acids destroy the enamel of the teeth, usually on the tongue side, and commonly on the back of the upper front teeth.
If severe, it may require bonding or placement of ceramic on your teeth to repair the damage. If continued, the ceramic will fail as well. The bigger question is why this is occuring? Please see your md to correct the cause.

In brief: Very Easy
First you have to correct or control the vomiting problem- get professional help with this you can not do it alone.
Next depending on how deep the erosion is, either plastic bonding or porcelain veneers or crowns can cover and protect the underlying tooth structure. If there are relapses a mouth guard should be used to protect your investment while vomiting.

In brief: Treat and prevent
Treat the damage with gum line fillings if only small and localized to one surface of teeth, do crowns if larger and decay extends around teeth.
Prevent further damage and protect the fillings by treating the cause and also nuetralizing acidity from vomit with much water rinsing, drinking and use of baking soda.

In brief: Enamel wear
There are certain toothpastes that help enamel wear from acids, such as from vomitting.
Ultimately you have to fix the cause of the vomitting. There are no products that truly build back tooth enamel.
