In brief: Maybe

Fibroids are only a problem if they cause symptoms.
If not, there is nothing to worry about as over 99.9% are not cancerous. Common symptoms are pressure on bladder or rectum, pain with sex, heavy and/or painful periods. Sometimes the symptoms can be treated medically. When that is ineffective, surgery is often helpful.

In brief: Other than potential

For heavier periods and growing , you should not.
Your doctor I am sure will monitor you for worsening periods and or other symptoms that may indicate the need for further treatment.
