In brief: Renal colic

Your symptoms are suspect for an obstructing ureteral calculus but could be musculoskeletal.
With he intensity of pain i suggest urgent medical evaluation either at an urgent care, er or with your primary care physician or urologist. They will most likely obtain a urine for urinalysis as well as perform either a renal ultrasound and kub x-ray but more likely a plain ct scan of the abd and pelvis.
