Would vaginal skin tags be an std?

Need to see an md. Any extra growth in that area should be examined and looked at, not just for an std but possibly a type of cancer, if it turns out to be a "skin tag" great, but it needs to be looked at. A genital wart may look like a skin tag so it may be an std.
