Feel like bubbles fluttering 2" lower than left collar bone abt 2x a year or so when I move. No pain. Feels like "friction".I have no heart conditions?

"bubbles" L.clavicle. hello, if this is not painful and happens 2x a year, it's not serious. Impossible to say what it is, I would guess some crepitus in the shoulder or A/C joint.
