In brief: Sagging Breasts:
Here are two options: 1.
Plastic surgery to lift the breasts. 2. Breast support. Up to 85% of american women are wearing the incorrect size of bra. Encourage you to take care of your breasts by going to a bra specialty store for a professional fitting ; help with design selection. You will also be taught how to properly settle your breasts into the bra. It is worth the effort.

In brief: Age old question
Unfortunately, we can't beat gravity! aging, breast feeding or large breasts or even regular breast in general will fall over time due to laxity in the ligaments of the breast.
You may try exercising especially working those pecs, but you may still have some laxity. Sometimes you may need a little lift after you are done with childbearing or for the time being get a bra with support or push up.
