In brief: Uncertainty

I am unclear as to what is really going on.
Appears that you have immune activity in the central nervous system. You have some cross-reactivity in the serum for CMV and rickettsial infection. Don't think that need to add another disease to the picture. Best to discuss with your doctor or get a second opinion from another specialist.

In brief: Confusing

What does your doctor assume you have? Why have you had all of these tests so far, and i would assume others.
Generalized weakness can be due to many disorders, including muscle, nerve, and neuromuscular junction problems, but also chronic fatigue, anemias, thyroid problems, and occult cancers. Suggest you see neurology docs at the nearest medical school and get some answers.
