Any advice? I have been really busy and too tired to exercise. If i stop exercising but only like 1 time a week will i gain weight back?

It depends on your eating habits and the amount you consume.
If you could discipline yourself by reducing the amount you eat, then you might not gain the weight back. Even exercising for 10 minutes a few times a day, 3-4 times a week, would be better than stopping altogether.
