Broken heart syndrom. Broken heart or stress cardiomyopathy is caused by stress of break up or death of a loved one.So theoretically loss of a life partner you love and leaves you and you still love can contrbute to stress cardiomyopathy.This condition gets better with treatmnt and is reversible.
