Is it possible to have two heart attacks in one day? How is this possible? Keep in mind the patient is type a diabetic and over weight. Age 65-70

Theoretically, yes. However, it would mean that the first heart attack was not aggressively treated and assessed with a coronary angiogram. Two attacks could be due to reocclusion of the same artery or it could be due to occlusion of two different arteries.
