I have been told I have lymphangitis. Is this something treatable at home?

In brief: No.

Lymphangitis is an acute inflammation and/or infection of the lymph glands.
Lymphatic vessels drain all areas of the body and if there is an infection present, it will drain to local lymph nodes via lymphatic vessels. But lymphangiitis usually means a serious infection where the vessels themselves are spreading infection and could become sepsis (blood-borne). Needs antibiotic. See your doc.
