In brief: Temporary weakness
Tp is focal (not generalized) weakness, often on one side or the other (although may affect speech or vision), following a seizure.
It can mimic a stroke but it's temporary and usually very brief. The cause is not known but thought to be depletion of receptors/transmitters. It requires no treatment and gets better on its own.
