Ct showed meningoma but MRI didn't. Mri showed a spot on skull that has a thick spot on bone being sent to a neurologist. Should I be concerned.

No concern. Based on your symptoms, you need to be evaluated by a neurologist.
Meningiomas are. Typicall benign. Mri may still be a meningioma. Allow the neurologist to have a look and give an opinion.
Meningioma. Meningioma's are benign masses that are attached to the meninges. These are mostly calcified, and at times can cause changes in the overlying bone if they come into contact with the bone. Perhaps this is what is being seen on the mri, but needs confirmation by a radiologist.
