Good toxicology labs test the ph and temperature of the urine to identify adulterants added as well as the specific gravity and creatinine (body waste product) content to check for dilution.
Specifically short term "water loading" will cause creatinine levels from 2-10 which is reported on the report as a possible false negative and repeat test recommended.
