Can you explain if it's possible to be immune to dog allergies?

In brief: I am not quite

Sure what you are asking but many people are not allergic to dog dander.

Cat allergy is much more common than dog allergy. Strangely a person might be allergic to a specific dog rather than a breed. Longer or shorter hair does not seem to make a difference with pet allergy. Allergy medicines and allergy shots can help with pet allergies.
