Causes of headache and light headedness weird feeling for two days? I'm scared of brain tumor. I had a clear MRI and CT four months ago though am I ok

Sudafed. Headache lightheaded and weird felling in your head and you take sudafed ? It could be from sinusitis or the sudafed itself. Other possibilities include hypoglycemia, elevated BP or even low BP. It's unlikely with a negative CT or MRI four months ago you would have developed a brain mass of sufficient size to cause these symptoms ( unless you hit your head hard enough to cause a slow bleed. ). MRI of brain must have had a reason but if proved neg. the indications for scan were ruled out. Read more...

Not likely. This does not fit the typical presentation of a brain tumor. That would be headache, vision change, or even more likely, a gait disturbance. It still might be one, but highly unlikely. More likely, is something like a nerve compression, or seizure, or some other illness.
