Please advise if it's a good idea to take whey protein?

In brief: Only if Ur working-

-out, & really stressing Ur muscles.
Only take after heavy workouts. Whey protein does no good if not exercising. U need 50gms of protein daily, & if U do supplement B sure 2 consider all other sources of protein, nuts, meats veggies & figure what U take in daily. If 50+/- B sure 2 do so. 2 much will challenge Ur kidneys, so more is not better.
