Can anybody suggest me how to reduce the fat depostion on protruding abdomen ? Never had it before this job.

Belly fat is very dangerous fat: it puts you at high risk for diabetes, high triglycerides, heart disease, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and stroke. Stop drinking any liquids that have sugar, including pop, real fruit juice, gatorade, etc. Eat fruit but do not drink fruit juice. Get daily exercise for 20+ minutes. See your doctor asap and get a plan for health.
