In brief: Yes
Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is a female hormone used for birth control and to control abnormal uterine bleeding.
Keflex is an antibiotic commonly used for skin infections and in surgery. There should be no problem taking these two medications together. Always make sure you tell your doc and pharmacist everything you take, including supplements.

There should not be a problem. The Keflex should only be for a short course ie 10 to 14 days.
So not an issue - it may cause some nausea and perhaps some loose stools but nothing major between Provera (medroxyprogesterone) and keflex.
